DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 JULY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIGOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR
WHEREAS, on 19 July 2019, Friday, the City of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur, will mark the celebration of the Padigosan Festival; and WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Digos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERE, do hereby declare Friday, 19 July 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
