DECLARING MONDAY, 12 NOVEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON
WHEREAS, on 12 November 2018, a Monday, the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon, will mark its 436 th founding anniversary; and WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gumaca be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERE, do hereby declare Monday, 12 November 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
