DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 05 DECEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA
WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 05 December 2018, the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija, will mark the celebration of its 53 rd founding anniversary; and WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 05 December 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
