DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 10 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, SOUTH COTABATO
WHEREAS, Wednesday, 10 January 2018, marks the 78th Founding Anniversary and 18th Hinugyaw Festival of the City of Koronadal; and WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 10 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
