DECLARING TUESDAY, 20 DECEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS, on 20 December 2022, Tuesday, the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of the Pasaway Handurawan Festival; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government; NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 04 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naujan, Province of Oriental Mindoro. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
