DECLARING FRIDAY, 12 JANUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENCIA, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON
WHEREAS, on 12 January 2024, Friday, the City of Valencia, Province of Bukidnon will mark the celebration of its 23 rd Charter Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valencia be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR ., do hereby declare Friday, 12 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Valencia, Province of Bukidnon. IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
