DECLARING MONDAY, 29 JANUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANTANGAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Tantangan was created through Executive Order No. 415 which was signed on 27 January 1961; WHEREAS, on 27 January 2024, the Municipality of Tantangan, Province of South Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 63 rd Founding Anniversary and the 14 th Kulitangtang Festival; WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Tantangan to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 29 January 2024, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 27 January 2024 which falls on a Sunday; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Tantangan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR ., do hereby declare Monday, 29 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Tantangan, Province of South Cotabato. IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
