DECLARING THURSDAY, 09 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ISIDRO, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE
WHEREAS, on 09 October 2025 Thursday, the Municipality of San Isidro, Province of Surigao del Norte will mark the celebration of its 66 th Founding Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Isidro be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 09 October 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Isidro, Province of Surigao del Norte. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
