DECLARING TUESDAY, 28 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINGLE, PROVINCE OF ILOILO
WHEREAS, on 28 October 2025 Tuesday, the Municipality of Dingle, Province of Iloilo, will commemorate the Cry of Lincud, the first declaration of revolution against Spain in the province of Iloilo and island of Panay; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Dingle be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 28 October 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Dingle, Province of Iloilo. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
