Territorial Boundaries.
- The territorial boundaries of Barangay Liwon shall be identified as follows:
Bounded on the South (S), along line 1 to 2, by Barangay Namal;
On the West (W), along line 2 to 3, by Municipality of Tinoc, Province of Ifugao;
On the North (N), along line 3 to 4, by Municipality of Kiangan;
On the Northeast (NE), along lines 4 to 6: by Barangay Nunggawa;
On the East (E), along lines 6 to 11, by Barangay Amduntog;
On the Southwest (SW), along lines 11 to 1, by Barangay Antipolo.

Conduct and Supervision of Plebiscite.
- Pursuant to Section 10 of Republic Act No. 7160, as amended, otherwise known as the "Local Government Code of 1991", the new barangay shall exist upon obtaining a majority of the votes cast in a plebiscite to be conducted and supervised by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) in Barangay Amduntog, Municipality of Asipulo, Province of Ifugao not later than one hundred twenty (120) days from the effectivity of this Act.
The expenses for the plebiscite shall be borne by the Municipality of Asipulo, Province of Ifugao.

- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives on March 13, 2017, amended by the Senate on August 14, 2017, and which amendments were concurred in by the House of Representatives on August 30, 2017.
