Republic Act No. 11139 — AN ACT DECLARING OCTOBER 26 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES TO BE KNOWN AS THE "FOUNDATION DAY OF CATANDUANES"

Section 1

Section 1. October 26 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Province of Catanduanes to be known as the "Foundation Day of Catanduanes".

Section 2

Section 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
