Republic Act No. 11153

Section 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Transportation (DOTr), a regular district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte, to be known as the "Panabo City Land Transportation Regular District Office".

Section 2. The Secretary of the DOTr shall immediately include in the Department—s programs the operationalization of the LTO regular district office in the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3. The Secretary of the DOTr shall issue the necessary rules and regulations within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
