Republic Act No. 11502

Section 1. The Cooperative Development Authority, in consultation with and in partnership with the cooperative development councils, cooperatives development officers, national and local federations and union of cooperatives, and other agencies of the government, shall conduct activities and programs that promote the principles and values of cooperatives and encourage cooperative movement.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in the—Official Gazette—or in a newspaper of general circulation.
