AN ACT DECLARING NOVEMBER 23 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET TO BE KNOWN AS "BENGUET DAY" IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDATION DAY

Section 1. November 23 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Province of Benguet to be known as "Benguet Day" in commemoration of its foundation day. ℒαwρhi৷

Repealing Clause

Section 2.

Repealing Clause. - Republic Act No. 7672 declaring June Eighteen as a special nonworking holiday in the Province of Benguet is hereby repealed.

Section 3

Section 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
