Republic Act No. 12100 — AN ACT DECLARING JULY 28 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN CABADBARAN CITY, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE, TO BE KNOWN AS "CABADBARAN DAY," IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDATION DAY

Section 1

Section 1. July 28 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in Cabadbaran City, Province of Agusan del Norte, to be known as "Cabadbaran Day", in commemoration of its foundation day. ℒαwρhi৷

Section 2

Section 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
