Republic Act No. 12101

Section 1. November 7 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas to be known as "Cuenca Foundation Day:, in commemoration of its founding anniversary. Upon proclamation of the President, November 7 of every year shall be a special non-working holiday in the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas. ℒαwρhi৷

Section 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
