Republic Act No. 12104

Section 1. January 22 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Municipality of Guiguinto, Province of Bulacan, in celebration of the Halamanan Festival. Upon proclamation of the President, January of every year shall be a special non-working holiday in the Municipality of Guiguinto, Province of Bulacan. ℒαwρhi৷

Section 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
