Republic Act No. 3443

Section 1. The Cebu South Provincial High School is hereby converted into a national high school, to be known as the Cebu South National High School. Comprehensive curriculum which includes both academic and vocational courses shall be offered. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize the said school accordingly. 1avvphi1

Upon organization of the Cebu South National High School, the assets, liabilities, personnel, equipment and records of the Cebu South Provincial High School shall stand transferred to the Cebu South National High School.

Section 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the said school for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-one and nineteen hundred sixty-two. Thereafter, the necessary sum for the operation of the said school shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

This Act shall take effect upon its approval
