Section 1. Out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, there is hereby appropriated the sum of three hundred thousand pesos to be expended by the Director of the Bureau of Fisheries upon approval by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources for the employment of additional personnel of the Bureau of Fisheries in connection with the (1) campaign against illegal fishing, (2) the establishment of provincial administrative stations, (3) fishery technological stations, (4) fishery biological stations, (5) experimental and demonstration fish farms and other fishery projects.

This Act shall take effect upon its approval
