An Act Authorizing the People—s Homesite and Housing Corporation to Acquire that Certain Parcel of Land in Barrio Pansol, Quezon City, Owned by the National Waterworks and Sewerage Authority to be Subdivided and Sold to Bona Fide Occupants Thereof
Section 1. The People—s Homesite and Housing Corporation is hereby authorized to acquire that certain parcel of land situated in Barrio Pansol, Quezon City, owned by the National Waterworks and Sewerage Authority, and subdivide the same into lots which shall be sold to bona fide occupants thereof.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. 1—шphi1
