Republic Act No. 6405

Section 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Four thousand six hundred fifty-seven is hereby amended to read as follows:

"

Section 2. — Section three-A is hereby inserted in the same Act to read as follows:

"Section 3-A.— Salaries of higher levels of positions requiring the knowledge of pharmacy employed by the government or government-owned or controlled corporations shall be adjusted by the Wage and Position Classification Office with the minimum compensation for pharmacists as the basis."

Section 3. Section three of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows:

"

This Act shall take effect upon its approval

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
