Section 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Bureau of Animal Industry, an artificial breeding center in the Municipality of Soccoro, Province of Oriental Mindoro, at a site to be selected by the Director of Animal Industry through donation, to be known as the Soccoro Artificial Breeding Center. 1—шphi1

Section 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the construction of the office-laboratory building, animal sheds, equipment, supplies and materials and such other expenses as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
