Section 2. The present seat of the municipal government in the Barangay of Sta. Maria, Municipality of Lista, Province of Ifugao is hereby confirmed as the seat of the government of the Municipality of Lista.
Section 3
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval and its publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
