Section 1. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated which shall be suspended by the Director of Public Schools for the rehabilitation and maintenance of the Aborlan Agricultural High School in the Province of Palawan for the school year 1952-1953. Thereafter, the necessary funds for the operation and maintenance of said school annually shall be included in the Annual General Appropriation Acts.
