Section 1

Section 1. The name of the Municipality of Bacungan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, created under Batas Pambansa Blg. 204, is hereby changed to Municipality of Leon T. Postigo.

Section 2

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
