AN ACT TRANSFERRING TITLE TO AND OWNERSHIP OF THE REAL PROPERTY OF THE DIPOLOG NORMAL COLLEGE TO THE ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Section 2. The title to and ownership of the real property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. (T-16876)-5256 with an area of 38,723 square meters registered in the name of the Dipolog Normal College are hereby transferred to the Zamboanga del Norte High School.
Section 3
Section 3. The proper register of deeds shall register the same and issue the corresponding certificate of title to the Zamboanga del Norte National High School.
