AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BASAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BASAY HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

Section 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Basay, Province of Negros Oriental, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Basay Health Infirmary.

Section 2

Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. 1—шphi1
