Section 1

Section 1. The San Roque National High School in Barangay San Roque, Municipality of Rosario, Province of Batangas, is hereby established.

Section 2

Section 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall take the necessary steps for the immediate implementation of this Act. 1aшphi1

Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
