Section 1. The Sub-District Engineering Office of the Department of Public Works and Highways in the City of Butuan is hereby converted into a full-fledged engineering district to be known as the Butuan City Engineering District.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE SUB-DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN INTO A FULL-FLEDGED ENGINEERING DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS THE BUTUAN CITY ENGINEERING DISTRICT AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

The said engineering district shall comprise only the City of Butuan
Section 2. The said engineering district shall comprise only the City of Butuan.
Section 3
Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall promulgate the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act.
