Section 1. Republic Act no. 9094, otherwise known as "An Act Declaring the Seventh (7th) Day of January of Every Year as a Special Working Public Holiday in the Province of Camiguin to be known as 'Araw ng Camiguin'", is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Section 1. January seven of every year is hereby declared as a special nonworking holiday in the Province of Camiguin to commemorate its charter day anniversary.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval
