SECTION 1. The Concepcion — Capas Road in the municipalities of Concepcion and Capas, Province of Tarlac, consisting of 7.5 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE CONCEPCION — CAPAS ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CONCEPCION AND CAPAS, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
