Executive Order No. 309 (1940)—The area herein reserved as rights-of-way through naturally forested areas are classified as forest reserve, and it shall be unlawful for any person willfully to enter and occupy any portion of said areas or make kaingin therein or in any manner destroy or cause any damage to the timber stand or other forest growth found therein.
