MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby repeal Presidential Decree No. 1498, otherwise known as the National Security Code effective immediately, without prejudice to any proceedings, cases in Court of transactions that might have arisen from any of the laws embodied in said Code.
